Steps to End Abuse 5K to be held in September

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WHEC) – Local athletes will have a chance to run or walk for a good cause this September in Canandaigua.

The Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes will be hosting the Steps to End Abuse Virtual 5K from Sept. 16 to 18. Participants can complete the race at any time and place they would like throughout that weekend.

Proceeds from the event will benefit child abuse survivors and through the CACFL’s advocacy, education services and abuse prevention efforts in Ontario, Seneca and Yates counties.
