Tenants and advocates to rally in support of Eviction Reduction Law Thursday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Tenants and advocates plan to rally Thursday on the steps of Rochester City Hall.
They want to make their voices heard ahead of the 5 p.m. public hearing on the proposed Eviction Reduction Law.
The law would prohibit landlords from evicting tenants without a Certificate of Occupancy or Good Cause.
The rally is planned for 3:30 p.m.
