Three shot Sunday morning in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Three people were shot Sunday morning in Rochester, one is in critical condition.

Rochester Police say around 2 a.m. they responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Monroe Ave and Woodlawn St. where they found evidence at that intersection. While that investigation was going on, two men were dropped off by private vehicle at Strong Hospital and another at Highland Hospital.

All three victims had gunshot wounds. The 27-year-old man who was originally brought to Highland, was transferred to Strong and is in critical condition. Police say the other two victims are 29-years-old and 34-years-old and have non-life threatening injuries.
