Town hall for veterans scheduled for Saturday

HAMLIN, N.Y. (WHEC) — A town hall for veterans in the Greater Rochester area who have questions about services and benefits will be held on Saturday.

It’s scheduled to start at 10 a.m. at the Hamlin VFW on Lake Road North and run until noon.

Monroe County Legislator Jackie Smith (R, Hamlin), the Veterans Outreach Center, Monroe County Veterans Service Agency, and the Towns of Sweden, Clarkson, Hamlin and the Village of Brockport are putting it on.

Presenters include local elected officials, VA representatives, and Veteran service providers. There will be a question and answer session. Guests do not need to RSVP.
