VICTOR, N.Y. (WHEC) — Truckers from Victor are heading to Washington, D.C. to protest mask and vaccine mandates, as well as to show support for truckers nationwide, following the much-publicized Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa and the blockade at the Detroit-Canada border.
News10NBC crews were there as they took off Wednesday morning.
When our crews asked for comment, they were told that the group had been instructed not to speak to the media.

This follows similar solidarity movements across the country, including one in California and a convoy in Scranton that went to D.C. ahead of President Joe Biden’s first State of the Union address.
