US Marshals arrest federal probation absconder
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man wanted for skipping out on federal probation was arrested in Rochester Thursday.
The U.S. Marshals Task Force spotted 41-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Quinones driving on West Ridge Road and Palm Street. They searched his vehicle and found guns, ammunition, drugs and cash. He was arrested without incident, arraigned and is being held without bail.
Rodriguez-Quinones was convicted in 2007 of conspiracy to distribute narcotics and cocaine possession and served 10 years in prison, followed by five years probation.
