ARLINTON, VIRGINIA (NBC/WHEC) – President Biden marked Memorial Day today with a somber wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery.
The President was joined at the wreath laying by Vice President Kamala Harris, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley.
