Wayne County man charged with criminal sexual act

WILLIAMSON, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Wayne County man is facing a criminal sexual act charge after New York State Police say they received a report of a sexual assault.
Joshua D. Capriotti, 32, of Palmyra, was arrested on Monday and charged with criminal sex act in the first degree after police say he engaged in oral sexual conduct with a victim by force.
Capriotti was arraigned at Wayne County centralized arraignment and was granted pre-trial release.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Walworth Court on Sept.1 at 6 p.m.
