Woman arrested after 18-year-old stabbed near school

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A 19-year-old Rochester woman was charged with assault after police say she stabbed an 18-year-old Rochester man on Webster Avenue Wednesday morning.
It happened on the 300 block, just a short distance from a school, just before 9:30 a.m.
Police say the man has non-life-threatening injuries to the lower body and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The woman was charged with second degree assault. Police have not released her name yet.
