ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – The woman charged with killing her husband in a car crash last year wants to throw out her case.
The attorney for Jennie Clark filed a motion in court Wednesday to get her case dismissed, but it was denied.
A grand jury indicted Clark on charges including second-degree murder, vehicular manslaughter, and aggravated DWI with children in the vehicle.
Police say she deliberately drove her family’s car off the road in Ogden last year, hitting a pole.
Her husband, Matthew Clark, died in the crash. The three kids in the back seat were not hurt.
Her next court appearance is June 13.
