Wyoming County child predator pleads guilty

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – A Wyoming County man has pleaded guilty to repeated sexual conduct against a child.

Craig Poler, a 34 year old who lived in Castile at the time, admitted to engaging in multiple sexual acts with a child under the age of 13 between January 2020 and January of this year.

Under the plea agreement he’ll face a prison sentence ranging between 15 and 20 years and will also have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Sentencing is set for September.
