ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Rochester City School District is warning parents who rely on it for transportation that anticipated staffing shortages may result in delays of up to two hours.
The RCSD said it’s anticipating having to combine some routes, so warned parents Tuesday evening in case they receive a late bus notice Wednesday morning.
