Greece Police: Drunk driver crashes into two other cars, sending one into home

GREECE, N.Y. — Greece Police say a drunk driver crashed into two other cars, causing one to slam into a home on Latta Road overnight.

Officers say Joesef Moses, 26, of Greece, had two children in his car while he was driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 or higher. He is charged with aggravated DWI with a passenger less than 16, endangering the welfare of a child, and reckless driving.

No one was injured in the crash. News10NBC’s photojournalist captured video of the scene around midnight. The crash closed Latta Road, at one point from I-390 all the way to Long Pond Road, for several hours.

Moses was given an appearance ticket for Greece Town Court. Police say this was his first DWI charge.
