ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man, 64, was taken to the hospital with a serious arm injury after the tractor-trailer that he was driving overturned on the Inner Loop near St. Paul Street on Wednesday morning.
New York State Police say the tractor-trailer struck a guardrail and the driver was not impaired. News10NBC’s crew at the scene in the morning saw multiple emergency vehicles including fire trucks, police cars, a crane, and an ambulance. By noon, crews were wrapping up clean-up efforts and there was sand on the roadway to clean-up any possible mechanical liquid.
The crash blocked lanes in both directions. The Rochester Fire Department says they will release more information about the crash soon.
