ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police apparently took a driver into custody after a chase that ended on Rochester’s north side overnight.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw the driver stop and try to run around Jewel Street and Saranac Street. We’re reached out to RPD for more information and are waiting to hear back.
