ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Fire Department responded to a fire that started in a vehicle and quickly spread to a commercial building on Rohr Street.

RFD said people were working on a car in the garage earlier in the day, which is believed to have led to the fire. Fire Chief Tim Young described it as accidental and said no one was hurt.
