Man shot outside apartment complex on Westfall Road

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man, 28, is recovering after being shot outside of Green Knolls Apartments on Westfall Road on Friday.
Rochester Police responded to the area and found the man with a lower body gunshot wound. He was rushed to Strong Hospital and is expected to survive. Officers are still investigating but don’t believe there is a threat to the public.
