Police investigating armed robbery at Monroe Ave 7/11

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police are investigating an armed robbery at the 7/11 on Monroe Avenue Wednesday night.
According to police, at approximately 6:40 p.m., Rochester Police Officers responded to the 7/11 on the 800 block of Monroe Ave for the report of a robbery in progress.
Preliminary investigation revealed that two suspects robbed the clerk and manager at gunpoint, demanded money from the register, and fled the store with cash.
Police report that there were no injuries.
