Police investigating after one man shot on Dove Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating after they say a man was shot in a backyard on Dove Avenue.

Police got to the scene around 1:30 p.m. Thursday and found the man shot in the upper body. The victim was brought to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. After investigating, police believe he was shot in a backyard on Dove Street.
