ROCHESTER, N.Y. — This week on News10NBC’s Rochester in Focus we learn from one Rochester attorney, who aims to help incarcerated people, how their families can help keep them safe.

Besides keeping incarcerated people safe, do you feel like you wish you had more control over what happens in your child’s school? “READY,” an organization that aims to expand quality school options in Rochester, will hold a special event that gives people the opportunity to create their ideal school.

Next, a local organization with a mission to keep young people off the streets, will host a pancake breakfast to raise money for kids aged 5-13 to engage in activities and go on trips.
