Utica Comets force Game 5 against Rochester Americans
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Rochester Americans couldn’t rattle off a third straight win, as the Utica Comets won game four 4-2, extending the playoff series to a fifth and final game.
"We’ve just got to learn from it and it’s going to be a battle of a game five," said Mark Jankowski, who scored the second goal for the Amerks late in the third period.
Arttu Ruotsalainen also added a goal, bringing his total in the Calder Cup Playoffs to seven.
Jankowski’s goal was too little too late, as the series shifts back to Utica for game five on Thursday. The winner awaits Laval in the North Division finals.
