Building on Andrews St. evacuated; street closed for FBI investigation

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A building at 214 Andrews St. has been evacuated as part of an FBI investigation which the Rochester Police Department is helping with.
Andrews Street, between St. Paul Street and N. Clinton Avenue, was closed to traffic in both directions. It has since reopened.
