Car flips on Chili Avenue; Driver not injured

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A car flipped on its top on Chili Avenue near Lincoln Street on Friday morning after hitting a parked car. The driver, a woman in her 30s, was not injured.

The crash happened just before 1 a.m. as the car was traveling west on Chili Avenue. Rochester Police say alcohol or drugs were not a factor.
