WEBSTER, N.Y. — A car went up in flames after hitting a guide rail and coming to rest in the middle of the road on Route 104 in Webster on Monday.
New York State Police say the Cadillac was speeding when it hit the guide rail just before 3:30 a.m. Neither the driver nor the passenger were injured. Both are 18.
