ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The City of Rochester has started the Community Total Health and Wellness Initiative to better understand health disparities in Rochester and the health needs of the communities
Part of the initiative is a survey for city residents about their health needs. You can fill it out here.
The initiative is part of the Racial And Structural Equity (RASE), which seeks to review city and county policies to make them more equitable and to combat systemic racism.
Mayor Malik Evans and City Councilmember Willie Lightfoot will speak about the survey at 3 p.m. on Wednesday and we’ll update this story once we have more information.
