Man runs from traffic stop

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – At 4 p.m. on Monday, Rochester Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Greely Street and Parsells Avenue. The 20-year-old driver from the city ran away on foot but was caught after a brief foot chase.
During the chase, the man dropped a gun, which officers recovered. The suspect was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
