ROCHESTER, N.Y. Sunday is the start of an important week in my world.

It’s the start of National Consumer Protection Week. And the Federal Trade Commission is pulling out all the stops, with in-person and virtual seminars all week. You’ll find everything from identity theft, to spotting a scammer, to financial empowerment.
