Driver of Amazon tractor-trailer has minor injuries after crash in Gates

GATES, N.Y. — The driver of an Amazon tractor-trailer is recovering from minor injuries after crashing at I-490 in Gates on Friday morning.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened between Howard and Wegman roads. The tractor-trailer went off the road and hit a utility pole.

Deputies say the driver was taken to the hospital and no other vehicles were involved.
