Eight people displaced after Norton Street Fire

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – On Sunday at 7:51 p.m., the Rochester Fire Department responded to 660 Norton Street for reports of an attic on fire. It took roughly 25 firefighters about 20 minutes to control and put out the fire. Damage was contained to furniture and the walls of the attic.

Four adults and four children were displaced by the fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
