CHILI, N.Y. – Firefighters were able to contain and put out a kitchen fire in an apartment at The Cedars of Chili on Blue Spruce and Norfolk drives in Chili.

Chili Fire Chief Wilkinson said the people in the apartment are safe, and there are no injuries.

The area will have limited access to residents as fire personnel are on location.
