ROCHESTER, N.Y. Another cool and comfortable start for today as temperatures have started off in the 50s.
We will once again warm up, as a seasonable day is expected with highs near 80. Sunshine has also welcomed the start of our Sunday and that will stick around through a majority of the day before clouds build late.
Generally most of us will be dry, but an isolated shower or two will be possible this evening. We will continue to see unsettled weather across our region as we move through this week as well.
Widespread, and washout rain is not expected but an area of low pressure will hang out off the East Coast through Thursday morning and be close enough to pop up a few isolated showers from Monday through Thursday.
Not much rain is expected with a tenth to a quarter of an inch on the way, and the best chance for showers looks to be Wednesday.
Also with the moisture in place, the dew points will rise just a bit as they hang out near 60 degrees through this week. Nothing oppressive, but definitely a bit noticeable.
Temperatures will remain on the cooler side of things as highs generally remain in the 70s before a warm up late this week. After this stubborn area of low pressure clears late Thursday, our afternoon highs into next weekend will once again make a return to the mid 80s with a stretch of drier weather.
