ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Election Day weather looks sunny and dry with a breeze off the lake and a chill to the air with temperatures in the 40s on Tuesday.
It will be frosty cold for Tuesday night. Sunshine on Wednesday will allow temperatures to bounce back to near 60 and make a run at 70 on Thursday.
We’re tracking the tropics as Nicole will be strengthening the next couple of days before making landfall along the east coast of Florida on Thursday. The remnants of that storm may bring some beneficial rain to our region later in the day Friday.
After that storm passes, much colder air arrives for the weekend with some lake-effect rain and snow possible. Stay tuned to News10NBC for the latest updates on Nicole and the impacts for us later this week.
