ROCHESTER, N.Y. — First responders were using a rope system to help a person up in a rescue at Veterans Memorial Bridge on Friday night.

News10NBCwas on the scene around 9 p.m. and could see multiple fire trucks on Bridge View drive, facing the gorge.
