Finger Lakes Community College is set to receive $1 million to build a new horticulture facility.

The college plans to rebuild the greenhouse at its Hopewell campus.

The money comes from the federal appropriations bill just signed by President Biden.

School leaders say the new facility will include labs and classrooms, which can be shared with other organizations
