ROCHESTER, N.Y. – It’s one of the messages of the holiday season: Giving back to those in need. That message was felt on Sunday as people showed up on Jefferson Avenue to get free clothes, sneakers, and other necessities, as well as a delicious hot meal.

This was a coordinated effort between the healthy baby network and Barakah Muslim Charity in Rochester.
