Man shot on Clifford Ave. and Ellison St. Thursday night

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Around 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Rochester police found a 40-year-old man with a gunshot to his lower body on Clifford Avenue and Ellison Street.

The victim was taken to Strong Hospital where he was treated for his wounds. He is expected to survive.

There are no suspects in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
