Level-three sex offender Paul Goodrell going to prison for seven years
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Level-three sex offender Paul Goodrell, known for serial flashing incidents received a seven-year prison sentence for his recent convictions.
Goodrell was convicted of burglary as a sexually motivated felony, for which he got a seven-year sentence, alongside charges of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, which carries a one-year sentence. The sentences will run concurrently.
