Man accused of touching child at Eastview Mall

VICTOR, N.Y. — A Florida man is accused of inappropriately touching a child at Eastview Mall.

Boris Stark, 60, was arrested Tuesday. Ontario County sheriff’s deputies say it happened last November.

Stark is facing several charges including sexual abuse. He was arraigned and released.

He is due back in court Feb. 20.
