ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 68-year-old man is charged with incest after Ontario County sheriff’s deputies say he had sexual intercourse with a family member.
David McQuay of Stanley was arrested and taken to the Ontario County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Gorham Town Court at at later date.
