Man hospitalized after shooting on Myrtle Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man was shot in the area of Myrtle Street and Laurel Street on Thursday morning.
Rochester police say they found a 45-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound when they arrived at the scene. He was taken to Strong Hospital and he is expected to survive.
Police are still searching for a suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
