ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man was shot outside JD Oxford’s Pub on Monroe Avenue on Thursday morning. He is expected to survive.
The man was shot around 12:30 a.m. in the lower body. Rochester Police are searching for a suspect and are asking anyone with information to call 911.
