Motorcyclist taken to hospital after crash in Ontario County

MANCHESTER, N.Y. — A Canandaigua man was taken to the hospital after a motorcycle crash around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday in Manchester.

Ontario County sheriff’s deputies say Ryan Thomas rear-ended a car on South Avenue. The 29-year-old was thrown from his motorcycle. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with hand and upper body injuries.

Thomas was ticketed with following too closely.
