NEWARK, N.Y. — A Newark man has been arrested after Wayne County sheriff’s deputies say he sexually abused a 6-year-old.
Richard O’Neil, 23, is charged with a criminal sexual act. Deputies say the abuse started in September of 2023. O’Neil was taken to the Wayne County Jail and arraigned.
