ALBANY, N.Y. — Governor Kathy Hochul and Republican challenger Lee Zeldin have agreed to debate ahead of the November 8 election. The question is when?
Zeldin proposed at least five debates and suggested that one of them should be held in the Buffalo or Rochester area.
It’s not clear how many debates Hochul will agree to. Zeldin and Hochul took part in multiple debates ahead of their party’s primary earlier this year. One Republican Primary debate was at Rochester’s Kodak Center.
