Palmyra woman accused of abusing 3-year-old boy

WAYNE COUNTY, N.Y. — A Palmyra woman is accused of abusing a 3-year-old boy.
Shania Rotherburgh is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
On Nov. 30, Wayne County deputies say the 26-year-old was seen holding down the young boy and repeatedly smacking him across the face.
She was arraigned Thursday night, Dec. 14, and released.
