Delivery driver, 29, in critical condition after being hit by car in Gates Saturday

GATES, N.Y. — On Saturday at 8:30 p.m. Gates Police found a 29-year-old man unresponsive with serious injuries in the area of Westside Drive and Trabold Road in Gates.

The man appeared to be making a delivery to a home on Westside Drive when he was hit by a car. The driver of the car immediately stopped and was cooperative with police. The victim is in critical condition at a local hospital.

No charges have been filed.
