Penfield firefighters rescue drowning dog

PENFIELD, N.Y. – On Saturday at 5:55 p.m. members of the Penfield Volunteer Fire Company went to Spring Lake Park for the report of a dog in the water.
Two firefighters got into the water in dry suits and got the dog out of the water as it was struggling to keep its head above water. The dog was safely reunited with its owner.
