Medical examiner’s office investigates after man, 55, dies on Dr. Samuel McCree Way
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating after a man, 55, died on the city’s west side Thursday morning.
Rochester Police responded around 3:30 a.m. after getting reports of an unresponsive man on Dr. Samuel McCree Way. First responders tried to save the man’s life but he died at the scene. RPD investigated his death but didn’t make any arrests.
After the man died, a person inside the home had a medical emergency. An ambulance took the person to the hospital for treatment. RPD says that it’s unknown if the death and the medical emergency are related.
