ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A bicyclist is in the hospital with critical injuries after police say he was hit and dragged by a car.

This happened on Ormond Street around 11:45 a.m. Sunday. Officers found the man, 53, in the road with multiple cuts. They say he and the driver of the vehicle were arguing before the incident.

The driver is in custody while police continue their investigation.
