ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Police have identified the shooter and victim following a shooting on North Clinton Avenue on Thursday.
The Rochester Police Department said 54-year-old Adolfo Hernandez was allegedly shot by 45-year-old Ruben Guzman-Pizarro. Both men are city residents.
